It’s been a big month… well, make that three years for the OzHarvest WA team!
Having hit another milestone in November through the redistribution of an incredible 96,848 kilograms, it was time to celebrate our successes and achievements through a series of special events to mark our third birthday.
On 4 December, our great friend Debbie Schaffer hosted OzHarvest Founder and CEO Ronni Kahn for an intimate ‘rescued’ lunch. Ronni shared her inspirational OzHarvest story with guests and provided an insight into what’s on our plate in 2018. We were also treated to a delicious ‘rescued’ lunch prepared by Shadow Wine Bar + Dining Room Head Chef, Sue Hutchins and OzHarvest WA Chef, Dane McHutchison.
The following day, we opened the doors of our warehouse, for a special celebration with our nearest and dearest supporters. It was great to see so many in attendance at our breakfast barbecue. Thank you to all for all the love and support that we’ve received over the years. We are eternally grateful for the generosity of our supporters, which has allowed us to achieve so much in three short years!
