Fruit and White Choc Yoghurt Bites

These fruit and white chocolate yoghurt bites are a healthy use it up recipe. It turns leftover fruit and yoghurt into frozen treats that are as simple as they are delicious. Instead of letting fruit go soft, you can repurpose it by mixing it with yoghurt and drizzling it with white chocolate. It creates the ultimate snack that reduces food waste at the same time! They are perfect for afternoon snacks or dessert and will become your new freezer staple. So, give these fruit and white chocolate yoghurt bites a try the next time you’ve got fruit or yoghurt that needs using.

Need

1 cup chopped fruit (e.g. mango, berries)
1 cup yoghurt (vanilla or Greek style)
50 g white chocolate

How

  1. Mix yoghurt and chopped fruit in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Scoop the mixture onto a lined baking tray, creating dollops of yoghurt bites. Leave enough space between each one so they don’t stick together.
  3. Melt white chocolate over a stove or in the microwave. Using a teaspoon, drizzle the chocolate over the yoghurt bites.
  4. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set. Store in a freezer-safe airtight container or bag for 1–2 months.
