Need
1 cup chopped fruit (e.g. mango, berries)
1 cup yoghurt (vanilla or Greek style)
50 g white chocolate
How
- Mix yoghurt and chopped fruit in a bowl until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a lined baking tray, creating dollops of yoghurt bites. Leave enough space between each one so they don’t stick together.
- Melt white chocolate over a stove or in the microwave. Using a teaspoon, drizzle the chocolate over the yoghurt bites.
- Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour to set. Store in a freezer-safe airtight container or bag for 1–2 months.
