Food
Feeding hungry people and stopping good food from going to waste underpins everything we do. In addition to our core food rescue operations, OzHarvest has introduced new emergency food relief services including; pop-up hamper hubs, food essentials boxes, cooked meals and mobile markets.
Volunteers
Volunteers, or the Yellow Army as we call them, are the heart of OzHarvest. Without the dedication and passion of so many people donating their precious time, skills, energy, muscles and brain power across the country, we would not be able to do what we do.
Education
Education is crucial if we want to enable positive change. Our education goal is to strengthen community connections, improve life skills and increase healthy eating and food waste awareness, with a range of programs to inspire primary school kids, ‘at risk’ youth and families in need.
Sustainability
Fighting food waste and protecting the planet guides our work in the sustainability sector. As leaders on this issue, our goal is to advocate, inspire and influence others to halve food waste by 2030, collaborating with industry and Government and raising awareness through our work.
