Our team of incredible chefs are skilled in creating gourmet menus with a zero food waste ethos. All the taste, with none of the waste! Our delicious Food Truck catering will leave you and your guests with full bellies and full hearts.
Every paid event enables OzHarvest to deliver a nourishing lunch, free of charge, to a charity or community event for vulnerable Australians.
All of our food is prepared with love by OzHarvest chefs, using sustainably sourced ingredients. We love the environment, so the focus is mainly vegetarian dishes, with a few meaty options, to help reduce the carbon footprint of our menu.
Any leftovers can be packaged at the end of the event and redistributed to people in need. Nothing goes to waste! We cannot wait to bring our Food Truck to your next event, and thank you for your support in helping us to Nourish our Country.
Delicious food is served fresh, directly from the truck by our friendly chefs. You’ll find all the classics, sourced from seasonal produce and with a zero-waste twist.
The Classic package includes up to two hours of service, one hour return travel time and fully compostable packaging and cutlery.
Min. spend of $1,980 (incl. GST) Mon – Fri, $2,250 (incl. GST) Saturday and $2,480 (incl. GST) Sunday.

No. While we love rescued food, we use only locally-sourced produce at your event. You can choose to donate any food leftover from your event – so that no food goes to waste!
All proceeds from the Food Truck go directly to OzHarvest, Australia’s leading food rescue organisation. The Food Truck has a unique ‘buy one, give one’ offering, where all private or corporate events booked allow a hot lunch to be provided directly to feed vulnerable communities. Clients can now choose the charity that receives a free hot lunch on their behalf.
Excess food at the end of the event will be distributed directly to one or more of our partner charities who support people in need. Our zero-waste philosophy means your catering will not only help Aussies in need, but also help protect our environment.
The Food Truck is available day and evening – 7 days a week in the greater Sydney area.
Yes, the minimum spend is $1,980 for bookings from Monday to Friday and $2,250 Saturday and $2,480 Sunday, (both including GST).
All prices quoted include:
- 1 hour return travel time from our Alexandria warehouse
- Staff and friendly food service for up 2 hours
- Set-up prior to event and pack down after service
- Compostable service-ware from BioPak
The OzHarvest Food Truck is 2265mm wide x 3240mm high x 7000mm long
We’ll need 2 parking bays if parallel parking or 4 standard parking spaces if parking in a car park area
It’s important that guests have safe access to the service window. Our window opens on the left hand (passenger) side
The Truck must have legal parking space for the entire setup and service time. Once we arrive on site to set up, the truck will need to be in the same location for up to 4 hours (or longer, as arranged)
The OzHarvest Food Truck is pretty special, but it’s subject to the same parking laws that apply to all other vehicles. Please make sure you identify an appropriate and legal parking space for the Food Truck in advance of your event
