A "crate" is the size of a standard supermarket black produce crate, or banana box.

STEP 2 - ESTIMATE CRATE VOLUME

Volumes don't need to be exact. Data capture is limited to quarter increments.

STEP 3 - ENTER DATA

Identify food category and enter number of crates. Minimum is 1/4 full.

Mixed crate? Easy. Just estimate the volumes to equal 1 full crate.
