Australia’s leading mortgage broker, Aussie Home Loans, has partnered with OzHarvest to support people in need this Christmas.

Hundreds of Aussie’s staff and mortgage brokers have prepared 287 food hampers, donated cash and more than 250 leg hams for OzHarvest, helping to provide around 5,000 meals over the festive period.

OzHarvest is Australia’s leading food rescue organisation collecting over 100 tonnes of quality excess food each week from food donors across the country, and delivering to more than 1,000 charities, providing much needed assistance to vulnerable men, women and children.

OzHarvest Founder and CEO, Ronni Khan, said “We are delighted to be partnering with Aussie to help families in need this Christmas. Together, we can put much needed food on the table for those who may not know where their next meal is coming from.”

Many of Aussie’s 215 stores across Australia are also participating in Christmas food drives for OzHarvest and making donations to their local charities.
