The 4th Annual Combined Suppliers Charity Golf Day was held at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley on Friday 21 March, 2014. The day is organised by four companies from the kitchen manufacturing industry – Edstein Creative Stone, Eurocoat Industries, Hafele Australia and Polytec – with all proceeds raised on the day donated to OzHarvest. 130 golfers took to the course for a shot gun start and although the weather looked a bit dodgy in the morning, it turned out to be a beautiful day.

A surprise donation was made by Peter Farrugia from Hafele Australia. At the Hafele Sales Conference recently, the staff were given the challenge of putting together two kitchens. The kitchens were sold on Ebay with the proceeds from the sale donated to OzHarvest Newcastle. We were presented with a cheque for $3,050.00. Thanks to all at Hafele Australia for that surprise!
