OzHarvest is thrilled to be named the official charity partner for The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Month presented by Citi for the fifth year running. OzHarvest will offer food-lovers events and experiences that not only taste good, but are also good for the soul.

OzHarvest Good Food Month events include a series of Table for 10 dinners proudly supported by Virgin Mobile and Vittoria Coffee, to be held at the new OzHarvest HQ, in celebration of their 10^th Birthday.

All events will raise essential funds for OzHarvest to continue rescuing surplus food to feed Australians in need.

OzHarvest encourages all Good Food Month event attendees to make better use of the mobile phones during this month of foodie festivities and get ready to take pics of all their delicious meals. For each and every food pic posted on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook using the hashtag #mealforameal, we can deliver one real meal to someone in need, thanks to Virgin Mobile! Virgin Mobile & Vittoria Coffee presents OzHarvest Table for 10 dinners

Join OzHarvest in celebrating their 10th Birthday at a series of Table for 10 dinners at the new OzHarvest HQ Harvest Kitchen, featuring hot new top chefs and a delicious menu with soul!

You will get a sneak peek at the OzHarvest Headquarters, where food rescue happens daily, and for a limited-time only will transform into a unique, ultra-cool dining space during Good Food Month.

For those keen to experience something unique and deliciously different while helping to provide meals to people in need at the same time, this is an evening not to be missed. Secret hot chefs will prepare an incredibly delicious menu with wines included. Bring a date, or a group of friends and join us for this exclusive experience.

The dinner will also encourage all diners to have their phones handy to take snaps of all their meals, as for every food pic posted with hashtag #mealforameal, OzHarvest can provide a real meal to someone in need thanks to Virgin Mobile.

Noodle Markets – OzHarvest Good Fortune Cart

Each year OzHarvest volunteers with yellow vans rescue surplus food from the popular Noodle Markets.

Donate a gold coin and get a fortune cookie from the OzHarvest Good Fortune Cart at this year’s markets and you will be helping feed people in need. Every $1 donated allows OzHarvest to provide two meals to people in need! Donate and good karma will look after you! Or just stop by and say hi to our wonderful volunteers who can tell you more about our work.
