This Christmas, OzHarvest is working with our National Food Rescue Partner Woolworths to raise a massive $1.5 million! Thanks to their incredible in-store fundraising campaign, we hope to deliver three million meals to feed Aussies in need.

OzHarvest Founder and CEO Ronni Kahn said; “This time of year is usually a cause for celebration and great food, but there are still so many families, who will struggle to put a meal on the table this Christmas.”

“Thanks to Woolworths and their amazing customers who support the OzHarvest Christmas Appeal, we can ensure good food gets delivered to charities that support those in need.”

The campaign will go live in stores across the country from November 14th, where Woolworths customers can buy a 50c token to help provide a nourishing meal to someone in need.

If you’re Christmas shopping during the weekend 8th – 9th December, you’ll see a splash of yellow as our volunteers will be on hand to sell 50c tokens and spread the word about OzHarvest in Woolworths stores.

You can support the campaign by popping in to Woolies to buy a token or two, or buy them online until 24th December, and don’t forget to tell your friends and family!
