All visitors and contractors who intend to enter production or storage areas must read the below requirements and rules and fill out the form and confirm their acceptance below.
- You cannot enter the premises if you have a suspected or knowingly have a communicable disease.
- If you are unwell, you must tell a manager or supervisor.
- Open wounds and cuts shall be covered with a suitable protective covering (e.g. waterproof, adhesive, and conspicuously coloured).
- Spitting is prohibited.
- No personal medicines are allowed to be brought in.
- Visitors shall be properly dressed in clean clothes and closed-toed shoes.
- Smoking, vaping, eating, and drinking are not permitted in any of the internal production or storage areas. No smoking or vaping in storage or office areas, only outside. A bin is provided outside.
- Hand washing facilities are available and must be used after:
- Smoking or vaping.
- Eating or drinking.
- Using the bathroom.
- Sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose or using a handkerchief or tissue.
- Handing garbage.
- Touching the floor; and
- Whenever else your hands are dirty.
- Eating and drinking is allowed in office areas, the lunch table or OzHarvest designated areas.
- No extraneous glass is to be introduced on site. If there is a glass breakage notify the manager.
- All personal items [e.g. newspapers, jumpers, bags] cannot be bought in to production or storage areas.
- Hands must be clean before handling product, product packaging or food contact surfaces.
- Dedicated sinks capable of delivering warm portable running water and supplied with soap and towelling are available.
- All rubbish is to be placed into designated rubbish bins.
- No chemicals are allowed to be bought on to site without knowledge of management.
- During the day entry via the front door or dock as observed by the office or warehouse staff.
