Need
1 cup of any fruit (we used strawberries and bananas)
1 sheet of puff pastry
1 teaspoon of sugar
A drizzle of cream or scoop of ice cream (optional)
How
- Thinly slice your fruit (most fruit will work). We love it with apples, pears, and berries!
- Pile the fruit into the middle of a sheet of puff pastry and sprinkle with sugar.
- Fold the edges of the pastry in to enclose the edges of the fruit.
- Bake your pie at 190c for 30-35 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
- Enjoy as is or with a drizzle of cream and a scoop of ice cream!
