You can easily adjust the thickness to your liking and experiment by adding a drizzle of honey or whatever you have lying around. These fruit platter smoothies taste delicious! So, the next time you’ve got leftover fruit, give this simple fruit platter smoothie a try.

Need

Leftover fruit salad or platter
Yogurt
Milk
Honey (optional)

How

  1. Freeze your leftover fruit by spreading it on a flat tray lined with baking paper – this helps avoid it turning into a big ice block.
  2. Once frozen, either store in bags or containers for later, or pop it straight in the blender.
  3. Use as much fruit as you like. Add a large spoon of yogurt and cover ¾ of the fruit with milk. Blend until smooth.
  4. If it’s too thick, add a bit more milk. For extra sweetness, add a little honey. Enjoy!
