Have you ever wanted to chop like Jamie Oliver or whip up a homemade ravioli to impress your friends? OzHarvest has a cooking class with a difference! Cooking for a Cause is a unique team building activity with soul and purpose. We offer a hands-on cooking engagements for corporate groups of all sizes at various locations around Australia.

Teams get to sample some of the delicious food they have made, so no-one goes away hungry! Each guest will also take home the awesome digital Cooking for a Cause recipe book, packed with over 25 recipes and zero-waste tips to continue your sustainable flavour journey at home.

Your impact

Calculated by Bain & Co, our social return on investment (SROI) reveals the true impact OzHarvest is making in the community. For every dollar invested, our 7 day a week food rescue operation returns $6.75 to the community by cutting the costs of food bills for charitable causes, which allows their precious finances to be directed into specialised core services at our local partner charities.

Many companies offer corporate team cooking events, but few come with the satisfaction of knowing you have not only saved good food from landfill, but also created nutritious meals for people who often don’t know where their next meal is coming from.

PLUS is the perfect way to extend your team experience with a gorgeous three course meal. Celebrate and de-brief after the busy cooking session, sharing stories and new recipes around the rustic timber dining table.
